Some reviews list a €2,000 daily limit. That is the general casino limit. For Canadian Interac withdrawals, players and several reviews report a cap of C$650 a day. Always check the cashier for the limit on your own account.
Withdrawal methods for Canada
Interac is the main withdrawal method for Canadian accounts. Whether other methods show up for you depends on how you deposited, because money goes back the way it came in.
You can only withdraw to the method you used to deposit. Deposited by Interac, withdraw by Interac. If that method is no longer available to you, contact support. Deposit-only methods like eVoucher by CashtoCode can’t receive payouts.

Tick all six before you press Withdraw. Each one, if missed, is a known reason for a delay or a refusal.

One request at a time
Magic365 handles one withdrawal request at a time. You can’t submit a second one while the first is pending or in processing.
Wait until your current withdrawal is completed, then submit the next. With a C$650 daily cap, anything larger takes several requests on separate days.
How to withdraw
- Log in to your Magic365 account.
- Open the cashier and choose Withdraw.
- Select your withdrawal method, the same one you deposited with.
- Enter the amount: from C$200 to C$650 per day by Interac.
- Confirm the request.
- Wait for the email confirmation.
Before you confirm, make sure verification is done, the 3x turnover is met and no bonus with unfinished wagering is active.

The 3x deposit turnover
Every player has to meet it before withdrawing, with or without a bonus. Deposit C$100 and you need C$300 in qualifying bets.
The 3x turnover and the 45x bonus wagering are separate. Finishing one doesn’t cover the other.

Don’t leave less than C$200 for the last request, or it falls under the minimum. Submit each request only after the previous one is completed. Larger withdrawals can trigger up to 72 hours of review and a source of funds check, so finish verification before you ask for a big payout.
Why withdrawals get delayed
These come up again and again in complaints from Canadian players.
Cancelling a pending withdrawal
There’s no confirmed cancel button in the account. Contact live chat as soon as possible: once the payment is in processing or sent to the payment provider, cancelling may no longer work. No fixed cancellation window is published.
- Open live chat.
- Give the request ID or the amount.
- Ask support to cancel it before processing starts.
How fast the money returns to your balance isn’t published either. Confirm with support before you ask for the cancellation.
What happens to your bonus
Withdraw before the bonus wagering is finished, and the bonus and its winnings may be removed. Either finish the wagering or cancel the bonus through live chat before a normal withdrawal.
Your deposit is tracked separately from bonus money, but it only becomes available once the 3x turnover is met, verification is done and no bonus conditions are left open. Don’t assume your deposit can always be withdrawn right away.
