Complaints & Help
Something gone wrong with an account, a bonus or a withdrawal at a casino reviewed on this site? Here’s where each type of problem actually goes.
Start with the casino itself
Live chat or email support is the fastest route for most issues: a delayed withdrawal, a verification question, a bonus that didn’t apply correctly. Keep a record of the conversation, including timestamps and any reference numbers.
If the casino doesn’t resolve it
The casino’s regulator
Most offshore casinos serving Canada hold a Curaçao licence. Curaçao’s Gaming Authority runs a formal dispute process for licensed operators; you’ll need your account details, the casino’s licence number, and your support communications.
Independent mediation
Casino.Guru runs a free mediation service for player disputes. It isn’t a legal authority, but casinos often respond to protect their public rating.
What a Canadian regulator can and can’t help with
If the casino you’re using is licensed in your province, that province’s regulator can take a formal complaint. If it isn’t, provincial dispute processes generally don’t cover it. Check the provincial guide for the specific casino to see its status: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Quebec.
Documenting a complaint for this site
We publish player complaints only when they’re backed by a verifiable source: a case number, a direct link, or a document we’ve actually seen. If you have one and it involves a casino we review, see our contact page.
If gambling itself is the problem
If this is about the gambling rather than a specific account dispute, see our responsible gambling page for provincial helplines and tools.
