Editorial Policy
This page sets out how reviews on this site get written, checked and updated. It’s the standard every review is held to.
What counts as a fact
A fact is published only if it fits one of three categories, and it’s always clear which one applies:
- A personal test result: a documented deposit, withdrawal or verification, with a date or timestamp behind it.
- A published condition: taken from a primary source such as the terms and conditions, the cashier, or a regulator’s public record.
- An industry benchmark: a comparison figure, always labeled as a benchmark, never presented as a personal result.
If a claim doesn’t fit one of these three, it isn’t published as fact.
How complaints get verified
A player complaint appears on this site only with a source behind it: a case number, a direct link, or a document we’ve actually seen. Second-hand summaries, unattributed forum posts and unverifiable claims are noted as unconfirmed, not repeated as fact.
Corrections
When a published fact turns out to be wrong, or a casino’s terms change, the relevant page is corrected and its Last Updated date reflects the actual edit. We don’t quietly edit a factual error without updating that date.
How often reviews are updated
| Every 30 days | A full reassessment of licence status, payment methods, bonus terms and withdrawal conditions |
|---|---|
| Weekly | Licence verification, current bonus terms, payment method availability |
| Immediately | Any confirmed change to licence status, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms or a documented complaint pattern |
Independence from advertisers
This site earns commissions through affiliate links. That relationship doesn’t determine a review’s conclusions, a casino’s score, or which facts get published. Full detail: affiliate disclosure.
